After undergoing a comprehensive renovation, the Park Hyatt hotel in Tokyo, Japan has officially reopened its doors. This marks a significant milestone in the hotel's three-decade-long history, as it has undergone an extensive renewal program to modernize its facilities while preserving its original charm.

The changes to Park Hyatt Tokyo extend beyond the guest rooms and into its food and beverage offerings. One of the highlights is the launch of Girandole by Alain Ducasse, a partnership with the Ducasse Paris Group under Chef Kojiro Tsutsumi, delivering French cuisine.

• The Peak Lounge & Bar, which continues operation beneath a glass atrium atop one of Tange’s towers.
• New York Grill & Bar at the 52nd floor, offering skyline views.

On the ground floor of the tower, Delicatessen will reopen in March 2026 for casual dining and takeaway menus.
